Law enforcement authorities investigating a fentanyl overdose death have made an arrest.
On Wednesday, May 10, Officers were sent to the 1500 block of Winona for an individual who had possibly overdosed. Officers located a 25-year-old female victim who was declared deceased on the scene.
Autopsy results showed the cause of death was a fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose. Detectives have been investigating the death and have made an arrest.
On Monday, 26-year-old Paul Converse was arrested for his involvement in the death. Paul was charged with Distribution of a Controlled Substance Causing Great Bodily Harm or Death, Distribution of Fentanyl, Distribution of Methamphetamine, No Drug Tax Stamp, Criminal Use of Weapons, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
