Lois M. Howe, Lindsborg

Lois Mae Howe, 96, of Lindsborg passed away Friday, May 6, 2022, at Lindsborg Community Hospital. Lois was born December 12, 1925, in Chicago, IL to the late Clarence F. and the late Elva (Palmquist) Nelson.
Lois was united in marriage to Donald E. Howe on August 6, 1950, in Salina, KS.
She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Lindsborg. Lois was owner of Howe’s Building Supplies and Decorator Shop with her husband, where she worked as the bookkeeper and interior decorator.
She is survived by her sons Greg Howe (Angie) of Lindsborg, KS, and Brad Howe (Marsha) of Lindsborg, KS; grandchildren Maxwell Howe, Courtney Wylie (Chase), Jamie Howe, Emily Howe, and Signe Howe; as well as three great-grandchildren.
Lois is preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald and brother Dallas Nelson.
Cremation has been selected. The family will be present for visitation from 5-7 p.m., Monday, June 6, at Bethany Lutheran Church.
Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m., on Tuesday June 7, at Bethany Lutheran Church.
