Crimestoppers seeks tips about storage unit burglary

Salina/Saline County Crimestoppers

On April 24,  the Saline County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1000 block of W. Grand Avenue in Saline County for a report of a burglary and damage to property. Sometime between April 18-24, unknown suspect(s) forcefully entered a storage unit causing damage to the unit.

Items taken include:

●Chicago Electric Flux 125 welder

●Blue and silver Pittsburg 2-ton racing jack

●6 drawer toolbox

●Fluke 88 yellow and black multimeter

●Matco ½” air impact wrench

●Matco 3/8” air impact wrench

●Red gas-powered electric generator

●Green gas-powered electric generator

●Central Pneumatic 22-gal upright air compressor

Total loss and damage is estimated to be in excess of $2,300.
