Patricia A. Perry, 77, died November 1, 2021. She was born Sept. 2, 1944, in Hays, KS, the youngest of thirteen children born to George J. and Katherine (Breit) Schmidt. She worked in the dietary dept. of the former St. John’s Hospital and volunteered at the senior center and in activities in several retirement centers.
She was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters and five brothers, and her husband Johnnie, in 2007.
She is survived by a brother, LeRoy Schmidt, Salina and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cathedral, Salina. Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salina. Vigil services will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Ryan Mortuary where the family will receive friends.
Memorial are suggested to the Sacred Heart Cathedral parish.
