MCPHERSON -- The McPherson County Health Department today announced a new confirmed case of COVID-19, bringing the county total to 266.
Positive case No. 266 is a symptomatic female in her 90s with known exposure to an outbreak at a local assisted living facility, the health department reported.
Of the 266 total confirmed cases, 249 have met Kansas Department of Health and Environment recovery guidelines and five of the active cases are hospitalized, the health department noted.
