Two juveniles were arrested after committing multiple thefts at Target.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD), security of the Target store on 2939 Market Pl., detained two female juveniles ages 14 and 16 for shoplifting.
Reportedly, Target has been aware of the shoplifting since September 17 where the juveniles stole $96.99 of items. Moreover, on the 20th the juveniles stole $17 worth of items and on the 23rd, they stole $186.46 of items from the store.
Then on Monday, September 29 they stole a total of $66 of items.
SPD apprehended the juveniles from Target security and transported them to the Juvenile Detention Center in Junction City.
Furthermore, SPD added a third female suspect aged 13, was part of the shoplifting crimes, but was not present during the time of the arrest of the other two juveniles.
According to SPD Lt. Zeigler, the crimes are a Felony Theft.
