Salina PD are currently investigating two burglaries that occurred sometime over the weekend.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD), officers received report of a carry-on trailer that was stolen between the evening hours of February 19 and the morning of February 23.
The trailer was stolen from the 700 block of Charles and was parked in an alley.
The carry-on trailer is black in color 2001 5' x 8' (valued $1,700).
The second reported burglary occurred at the 100 block of Iowa. Reportedly, Hutton Construction was doing work at a building in the area and sometime between Friday evening and Monday morning the burglary happened.
Sometime between the evening hours of February 20 and morning of February 23, unknown suspect(s) broke into the building by cutting a lock.
The suspect(s) once entered, stole an undetermined amount of work tools.
Both burglaries are currently under investigation.
