The Salina Family YMCA is excited to announce the expansion of its Y’s Kids Afterschool Program to Southeast Saline, launching February 2.
This expansion reflects the YMCA’s ongoing commitment to supporting working families by providing a safe, structured environment for children after the school day ends.
The on-site program is designed to give students a place to stay engaged and supported during the afterschool hours. Y’s Kids focuses on supervision, enrichment activities, and opportunities for children to connect with peers in a positive setting, all led by trained YMCA staff.
“Expanding Y’s Kids to Southeast Saline allows us to meet families where they are and provide a safe, welcoming space for children after school,” said Angela Mitchell, School Age Child Care Director. “Our goal is to give parents peace of mind while offering kids a place to learn, grow, and build friendships.”
Registration for the Southeast Saline Y’s Kids Afterschool Program is open now.
