The Lady Knights led wire-to-wire in this dominant four-quarter road effort, rolling the Lady Eagles in a 59-39 victory.

Skylar Douglas was on fire to begin this game, dropping 14 of her 18 points in the first quarter to put Sacred Heart ahead 23-7 after one.

The second quarter saw turnovers slow the Sacred Heart attack, but a buzzer-beating three-pointer by Emmy Lee gave the Knights a wave of momentum to take into the break.

In the second half, Sacred Heart spread out its scoring, with four Lady Knights combining for 17 points in the third quarter, and Addie and Emmy Lee combining for all nine of Sacred Heart’s points in the fourth quarter.

Addie Lee (18), Skylar Douglas (18), and Edyn Sharpton (10) led the scoring charge for Sacred Heart while Sevy Wurtz (15) topped the score sheet for Clifton-Clyde.

With this win, the Lady Knights improve to 2-0 while the Lady Eagles fall to 1-1.
