Hundreds of costumed trick-or-treaters of all ages descended on the parking lot adjoining the law enforcement center for Cops and Costumes Sunday afternoon.
While there, they could look at Salina Police Department and Saline County Sheriff's Office vehicles, get photos taken with law enforcement personnel, and, of course, collect candy.
