Salinan graduates from Air Force Basic training, family celebrates

Airman First Class Luke David Obermeyer proudly graduated from Air Force Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX, on July 18. This milestone marks a significant achievement in his military career and reflects his dedication and hard work to protect our nation.

Luke is the son of Jeremy Obermeyer and Wendy Holley and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Obermeyer and Rocky and the late Dawn Christian.

Luke's brother, Senior Airman Jeremy Obermeyer Jr., graduated from Air Force Basic Military Training on January 27, 2022. Senior Airman Obermeyer is currently stationed at McGuire AFB, NJ, where he serves in Cyber Defense.
