Jane Ann Lervold, age 63, entered into rest on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at the Sunset Nursing Home, Concordia, Kansas. She was born February 3rd, 1958 to Robert “Buck” & Veeda “Joan” LaBarge, Concordia, Kansas
She graduated from Concordia High school in 1976. She became a single parent until she met & married Gary Lervold. They later divorced. She graduated from CCCC in 1998 with an Associates of Arts degree, with a major in Criminal Science. She retired from the US Army National Guard as a Specialist 4 and had received the Global War on Terrorism campaign medal while active duty in Fort Riley, Kansas.
Jane retired from the Casey’s General Store in Concordia. She had earlier worked for the Cloud County Sheriff's Office as a corrections office for several years.
She loved spending time with family and friends and watching murder mysteries or Hallmark channel with her 3 cats.
Jane is survived by her children, Anna LaBarge (Charles), Concordia, KS; Erica Lervold, Scandia, KS; Sara Lervold, Concordia, KS; Seth Lervold (Jennifer), Wichita, KS; Her brothers, Mark LaBarge (Dani), DeSoto, KS; Paul LaBarge (Sheila), Derby, KS; John LaBarge (Cindy) Manhattan, KS; Gary LaBarge (Alice Nondorf), Manhattan, KS; 2 Grandchildren, Kayla Sayler (Tanner), Colorado Springs, CO; Ethan Valcoure (Arianna Gross), Concordia, KS; 1 Great grandson, Jaxon Valcoure, Concordia, KS; Several nieces and nephews.
Jane’s wishes were to be cremated and a Graveside Memorial Service will be held 10:30 a.m., on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the St. Concordia Catholic Cemetery, Concordia, Kansas, with Fr. David Metz officiating.
