Eagle Media in Salina is seeking a part-time Programmer / Production Assistant to support our stations with commercial production, imaging, and day-to-day programming needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative audio work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow in broadcasting.
Salary
$7.25-$10.00/hour
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Responsibilities
- Produce radio commercials, station imaging, and promotional audio
- Assist with day-to-day programming operations
- Work with on-air talent, sales, and promotions teams to support station needs
- Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines
- Ensure audio quality and consistency across stations
- Other programming-related duties as assigned
On-Air Opportunities
- On-air DJ shifts are available for the right energetic and engaging personality
- Opportunity to develop on-air skills and build a broadcast resume
Schedule
- Part-time
- Afternoons and evenings
- Some schedule flexibility required based on station needs
Qualifications
- Interest in radio broadcasting, audio production, or media
- Basic audio editing skills (experience with radio production software is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude, creativity, and reliability
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous radio, podcast, or audio production experience
- On-air experience or interest in developing an on-air presence
