The Granny Brigade's monthly meeting will be informational covering the topic of: Fraud and Scams.

On Tuesday, August 18, 7:00 pm&nbsp;at the Caver Center (215 N. 2nd Street), George McCurey will inform attendees about how to protect themselves from fraud and scams.

McCurey is from one of the divisions of the Kansas Attorney General's office.

The event is free and open to anyone in the public.
