The start of the week will have high temperatures around 50 degrees on Monday and near 60 degrees on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita.

Additionally, scattered showers are possible on Monday. There are increasing chances of showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday with a few strong to severe storms possible in the afternoon, NWS noted.

What does the forecast look like for Thanksgiving? High temperatures are expected to be in the 50s with winds around 10 to 15 mph. No precipitation is expected, so it will be a nice day to get outside for a stroll before or after your holiday meal, NWS suggested.
