ASSARIA - The Saline County Sheriff's Office is looking for a vehicle of interest in the theft of a motorcycle from an Assaria residence during the weekend.

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning that sometime between 7 p.m. Friday and 6:26 a.m. Saturday, a green 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX was stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Cox Way in Assaria. The motorcycle was valued at $6,000.

A white 2005-2007 Ford E350 passenger van with a rear extension was seen in the area on surveillance video. Soldan said sheriff's investigators are looking for information that would help them identify the vehicle and its occupants.
