The Saline County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of more than $17,000 worth of items, including components of a slurry seal machine, from a business just south of Salina.
Sometime between May 7 and July 7 someone stole multiple items from Bergkamp Inc., 413 E. Avenue A, Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning. Some of the items stolen were from a slurry seal machine belonging to Intermountain Slurry Seal, which was at Bergkamp's for repairs.
Items stolen include the following.
●Four slurry pumps
●Four batteries
●Four hydraulic coolers
●A box lift
●Multiple generator parts
Soldan said the total loss was in excess of $17,000.
