Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary, where an unknown suspect reportedly stole over $25,000 in items.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Thursday, officers were dispatched to the 300 block of S. 10th regarding a reported residential burglary.
Reportedly, a 67-year old man stated he was out of town between Sunday, October 19 - Thursday, October 23 and discovered his home was burglarized, along with various items that were missing.
The victim reported his burgundy 1980 Harley-Davidson Sturgis FXB with no tag was stolen. Moreover, multiple work tools, a scuba regulator, a 12 gauge shotgun and a Winchester .22 was stolen as well.
Total loss was valued $28,000.
There was no identification of the suspect at this time. The investigation in ongoing.
