The $10 million expansion project at the Salina Presbyterian Manor has been progressing and moving forward to "Preserve Legacies and Enrich Lives."

Presbyterian Manor staff provided a tour for the Salina Post to checkout the construction progress.

This project consists of:

- State-of-the-art wellness center.

- Swimming pool for aquatic classes.

- Rehab center for staff and therapists to work with residents on-site.

- New main entrance.

- Redesigned lobby and welcome center.

- New bistro and cocktail lounge.

Back in 2022, the project started as 29 new villas were established, custom-built for vibrant and independent older adults.

According to Director of Giving, Jenni Jones, the Manor has exceeded its $10 million goal, thanks to generous donors, grants, and employees, residents and volunteers who have all pitched in.
