The half mile concrete path that runs alongside the Smoky Hill river directly behind the Salina YMCA is temporarily closed.

The trail currently has multiple large downed tree limbs which make the trail impassible. Jane Anderson, executive director of the Friends of the River has notified City Parks and Recreation Staff of the downed limbs. The&nbsp;current timeline of when the trail will reopen is unknown.
