ABILENE - The next Eisenhower Library Lunch & Learn program is scheduled to look at the Eisenhower presidency.
The program is scheduled for noon Thursday, either in person or online. The program will be held in the library building auditorium and will begin promptly at noon. Guests are encouraged to arrive by 11:45 a.m. Park in the south parking lot nearest the library building. A light box-lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you can't participate in person, you can join the program online via the following two options.
Continuing with this year's theme The Making of a Leader, this month's Lunch & Learn features guest author David A. Nichols who will join the program remotely. Nichols is a prominent historian of the Eisenhower presidency and former academic dean at Southwestern College, with three books published by Simon & Schuster. His most recent Eisenhower book is Ike and McCarthy: Dwight Eisenhower’s Secret Campaign against Joseph McCarthy.
