The Bennington State Bank promotes Sawyers to loan officer

The Bennington State Bank (BSB) has announced the promotion of Tobin Sawyers to loan officer.

Sawyers joined the bank in June of 2021 as a mortgage portfolio manager and is being promoted to loan officer.

As a mortgage loan officer, Sawyers will be responsible for working with mortgage customers to determine the best loan option, whether they are  first-time homebuyers or are refinancing, according to information from Bennington State Bank. 

“Tobin’s attention to detail and commitment to customer service have been an incredible asset to BSB and we are excited to announce his promotion to Loan Officer,” said Andy Adams, senior vice president, mortgage loan officer.

“I am grateful to Bennington State Bank for giving me the opportunity to do something I love,” said Sawyers. “I look forward to building long lasting relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to my customers, making sure they meet their goals, while having a smooth and enjoyable mortgage experience.”

Sawyers is a Fort Hays State graduate. He moved to The Bennington State Bank from the Saline County Farm Service Agency Office. Sawyers enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Amber, and their four boys. He is active in coaching, traveling, and school activities.
