JEWELL COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 1:30p.m. Monday in Jewell County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Peterbilt semi driven by Seth Anthony Henderson, 47, Superior, NE., was northbound on Kansas 128 just south of Elm Road on the Kansas -Nebraska state line.
The vehicle entered the west ditch and overturned. EMS transported Henderson to the hospital in Superior. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
