Get some authentic Mexican food and have some fun during the Camarena Scholarship Mexican Festival Saturday.
According to information from Sacred Heart Junior/Senior High School, the festival is scheduled for noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at 103 N. Ninth Street. This is a fundraiser sponsored by the Hispanic students at the school to support the Cecil and Isabel Camarena Scholarship Fund.
The event is open to the public.
Camarena Scholarship recipients from the school will be selling authentic Mexican food. Additionally, there will be games for the kids, face painting, a cake walk, music, and a raffle where you can win up to $400 cash.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors, according to information from the school.
