Rolling Hills Zoo is seeking an energetic individual to fill the position of Sales and Events Manager. This position is responsible for the promotion of group visits as well as the creation and oversight of special events.
Duties Include:
• Actively promote group visits to the Zoo, Museum, and Conference Center by making sales calls, preparing mailings, and seeking new and innovative ways to reach potential customers
• Create and coordinate events that ensure a fun experience and helps drive attendance
• Work closely with all Zoo departments to promote guest visitation
Required Skills:
• Must be a team player.
• Sales experience
• Will have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Some weekends and evenings required
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
