BENNINGTON - Kody Brice Johnson, 29, passed away on May 15, 2021, from injuries sustained by head trauma.

Kody was raised in Bennington, Kansas. He loved dogs, camping, Xbox gaming, pro football, and KU basketball.

He is survived by his mother, Lynda Johnson, Bennington; sister, Amber Johnson, Wichita; sons, Kaisen and Kaiser and father, Rick Johnson, Center Point, Alabama.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 12, at 1 p.m. at the Bennington Cemetery.

A celebration of his life will follow at the Bennington Senior Center.

In lieu of flowers, please give donations to Kody Johnson Memorial at any Bennington State Bank. These donations will be set aside for his boys.
