CONCORDIA -- Due to recent snowfall and an unfavorable weather forecast on Wednesday, the 2020 NJCAA Region VI Cross Country Championships have been pushed back two days to Friday.
The championship meet, which was originally scheduled for Saturday before being moved up to Wednesday to help with COVID-19 concerns, will now move to Friday afternoon with competition set to get underway at noon with the women's 5K race. Following the women's 5K race will be the men's 8K race, with both Region VI and Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference East and West Division Titles on the line.
