Salina Police Department (SPD) officers arrested a Salina man early Friday morning, Sept. 6, after a street altercation led police to his home, where officers discovered drugs. Justin Smull, 30, of Salina, faces multiple charges, including possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and aggravated battery.

SPD officers were dispatched to the 200 block of East Antrim Street at approximately 3:30 a.m. on September 6 after a resident in the area reported a fight in the street.

"The third party reported some sort of fight or altercation, initially in the street. The witness then saw subjects run into a residence in the 1200 block of North Fourth," Feldman said.

Upon arrival, officers noticed blood in the street where the witness reported the fight took place. A search warrant was executed at Smull's 1200 North Fourth Street residence.
