⚽️ KWU Women's Soccer places seven on All-KCAC teams

WICHITA, Kan. - Kansas Wesleyan Women's Soccer had seven players named to the 2025 KCAC Women's Soccer All-KCAC teams. The All-KCAC teams are selected by a vote of conference coaches.

Isabella Galvan was named to the first-team as a goalkeeper. Brooklyn Velotta and Emma Gervy were named to the second-team at forward and Rylie Moreno-Rojas was named to the second-team as a midfielder. Defenders Lexi Jack, Carstyn Anderson and Kendall Davis were named to the honorable-mention team.

Galvan was second in the conference in shutouts during the conference season with six. She played every minute in goal for the Coyotes, and allowed only 10 goals in 13 matches and recorded 50 saves. Overall, Galvan had nine shutouts for the Coyotes allowing only 17 goals in 20 matches.

Velotta played in 11 of 13 conference matches on the season and scored four goals and had one assist for the Coyotes. She was a big part of KWU's scoring attack drawing the attention of defenses in the middle allowing other players to be left open to score.

Gervy ranked 25th in the KCAC in goals with three during conference play. She also added two assists for eight points. She was also a focal point for opposing defenses which opened up opportunities for other players.

Moreno-Rojas led the Coyotes with seven goals during conference play, ranking No. 6 in the conference in the category. She had four assists which ranked fifth in the KCAC, and had 18 offensive points in conference play which ranked fifth in the KCAC.

Jack, Anderson and Davis were all part of a solid KWU back line that allowed just 10 goals in conference play and had a 0.77 goals against average and tallied six shutouts.

Jack added a pair of goals for the Coyotes on the season. Anderson had three assists and Davis had two goals and added an assist for the Coyotes during conference play.
