Saline County: 65 new COVID-19 cases; 617 of 846 recovered

Here is the Saline County COVID-19 update for Monday.

There are 65 new positive COVID-19 cases in Saline County that have been identified since the Friday, October 3 report. The total for the county is now 846, with 218 cases that are actively being monitored by the Health Department, 617 that have recovered, and a total of 11 deaths. Salina Regional Health Center reporting that they have 8 hospitalized COVID-19 patients. Salina Regional is a regional hospital, the COVID-19 patient total is not specific to the number of Saline County residents who may be hospitalized.
