HOPE -- A small earthquake shook part of Dickinson County early this morning. 

The 2.2 magnitude quake struck northeast of Hope at 3:35 a.m. Monday, according to the Kansas Geological Survey (KGS). The quake was centered north of 800 Avenue between Rain Road and Sage Road, KGS noted.
