Phyllis June Braden

Phyllis June Braden, 68, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023 at her home.

June was born July 15, 1954, in Pratt, Kansas, the daughter of Alfred Junior and Mary Phyllis (Barkley) Wilson.

June was united in marriage to William Jay Braden in Salida, Colorado.

She was the owner and operator of her and William's Masonry Business. June enjoyed scrapbooking, spoiling all her grandkids, going to garage sales, and spending time with her friends and family.

She is survived by her children, Terry Braden of Colorado, Steve Braden of Kansas City, Missouri, Jason Wilson of McPherson, and Stephanie (Steve) Oakes of McPherson; 14 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; siblings, Debbra Harper of Wichita, Kansas, William Wilson of McPherson, and James (Aurelia) Wilson of Cuchara, Colorado.; and all her bonus children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
June was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her sons, Ty Braden and Doug Braden; her brother, Woody Wilson; and her grandson, Jon Paul Oakes.

A Celebration of Life will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Glidden-Ediger-Wiggins Chapel, McPherson.
