The Coyotes started the game on fire, shooting 68 percent (13 of 19) and scoring 34 first quarter points, to race out to a 34-15 lead after a quarter and led 46-24 at halftime before York cut into the lead with a big third quarter.

Jueneman's bucket just before the end of the first gave KWU a 34-15 lead after a quarter.
Buckets by Odessa Ozuna and McDonald pushed KWU's lead out to 23 points in the second, where the advantage stayed over the quarter.
York outscored the Coyotes 22-8 over the first six minutes of the third quarter, making things interesting at an eight-point margin at 54-46, but the Coyotes would push the lead back out to 13 at the end of the period on a steal and layup by Jueneman.
