SALINA—Police are investigating a suspect for alleged theft. Just after 10:30a.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 800 block of Sheridan in Salina reference a bicycle theft in progress, accoding to Salina Police Lt. Andrew Ziegler.
A witnesses observed an individual steal a bike from the yard of 840 Sheridan. The witness was able to keep an eye on the suspect until officers responded and detained the suspect identified as 23-year-old Logan C. Holz.
The owner of the bicycle was able to identify the bike as their bike, according to Ziegler. Police arrested Holz on requested charges of Theft and Criminal Trespass.
