With state tournaments reaching their conclusions across the state this week, the North Central Activities Association has released their All-League first team and honorable mentions for the girls basketball season.

The list, which features ten of the best players from across the NCAA, honors four Lady Trojans, who rolled through league play a perfect 8-0 despite not having a single senior on the team.

The players taking home honors include three juniors in Karsyn Schlesener, Alaina Yianakoulas and Mallorie Pearson, and one freshman in Maddie Harris.

Schlesener, who has led the Lady Trojans in scoring since she was a freshman has become a mainstay on this list, and once again found herself on the all-NCAA first team.

Yianakopolus and Pearson were also named to the all-league first team. The duo emerged to create a much needed veteran presence on the team, filling a number of different roles and proving instrumental to the Lady Trojans success this season.

And finally, rounding out the all-NCAA team is Maddie Harris, a freshman who established herself as a capable scorer this season, adding depth to a team that needed versatility in its scoring production.

The undefeated NCAA Champion Lady Trojans will not lose a single senior for next season and will look to run it back in 2021-22.
