A reported high-speed chase through Salina this evening ended when an SUV struck a power pole.

Witness reports indicate that the chase came off of Interstate 135 and into the city on W. Crawford Street. It ended at Roach Street and E. Prescott Road when the SUV struck and severed the pole on the southeast corner of the intersection.

Reported high-speed chase ends when SUV severs power pole
