DICKINSON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6:30a.m. Wednesday in Dickinson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2022 Freightliner semi driven by Jamesly Nogaus, 26, Orlando, Florida, was westbound on Interstate 70 just east of Abilene. The semi traveled off the road into the north ditch, struck a KDOT sign and rolled onto the passenger side.
EMS transported Nogaus to Stomont Vail Flint Hills. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
