Early this morning at around 1:30 a.m., a 27-year-old Salinan, walking in the 1900 block of West Crawford Street, was suddenly robbed at gunpoint by two unidentified male suspects.
The 27-year-old victim called the Salina Police Department at 1:57 a.m., shortly after the incident and reported that a silver Nissan approached him, rolled down the windows and began to threaten the victim.
"There were two occupants with their faces covered," said Salina Police Department sergeant Tonniges. "He pointed a firearm at him, exited the vehicle and began going through his pockets."
The victim reported that the suspects stole money from his pockets, one wearing a ski mask and the other covering his face with his shirt.
