
Marjorie Sanneman, 90, of Clay Center, died April 29, 2021 at Medicalodge in Clay Center. She was born January 15, 1931 in Clay Center, the daughter Albert and Mary (McMahan) Henry. She grew up in Clay County and attended Blaine School and McKinley Middle School. She graduated from CCCHS in 1948. Marjorie married Duane Sanneman on July 30, 1948 and he preceded her in death on March 24, 2007. She worked as a clerk for the ASCS office for several years and farmed with her husband in Clay County until moving into Clay Center in 1996. After moving to town, she babysat and cleaned houses for several people. Marjorie was baptized in the Hebron Reformed Presbyterian Church, a member of the Fact United Methodist Church and the Clay Center United Methodist Church. She is also preceded in death by her parents.
