Loretta Miles, 86, died January 18, 2023, in Clay Center, KS.&nbsp; She was born on January 15, 1937, in Clay County, the daughter of Harold and Doris (Lloyd) Keener.&nbsp; 

Loretta was a Class of 1955 graduate of Clay Center High School.&nbsp; 

She attended nurse's training and worked at a doctor’s office in Chicago for many years. Loretta served as the village clerk for Payless Park, IL.&nbsp; She also worked as a realtor, sold ad space for Concrete World and worked at Allstate Insurance.&nbsp; 

Loretta was an avid golfer and played many rounds at the Clay Center Country Club. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Daughter: Elizabeth and husband Rodney Phillipp of Plainfield, IL

Daughter: Susan and husband John Brock of San Diego, CA

Seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren
