
Project Salina
Businesses are asked to deliver collected food donations, cash, and checks to the warehouse during the designated drop-off dates:

• Thursday, June 4: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, June 5: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Board members will be available at the warehouse to assist.
To help volunteers and board members who have taken time away from work, organizations are encouraged to deliver during this two-day window and bring extra help for unloading if possible.
Businesses should email projectsalina@gmail.com with their planned delivery day and approximate arrival time and bring a completed collection form with counted items.
Important Reminder:
Please do not deliver Project Salina donations to the Salina Emergency Aid Food Bank.
Businesses unable to deliver their donations may request pickup by emailing projectsalina@gmail.com with the following information:
• Preferred pickup day and time (June 4 or June 5)
• Business address and pick up location
• Contact name and phone number•
Type and quantity of items
• Any cash or checks to be collected
To help collections run smoothly:
• Bag or box items in manageable weights
• Ensure donations are accessible on the ground floor
• Count all items and include a completed collection form
If no email is received requesting pickup assistance, Project Salina will assume donations are being delivered to the warehouse.
For Businesses That Only Collected Cash & Check Donations:
• Mail to: Project Salina, PO Box 2861, Salina, KS 67402-2861
• Drop off at: Central National Bank, 454 S. Ohio, Salina, KS, (by Waters True Value). Please label envelopes: “Kristina Litchman, Project Salina” and include your organization name. All checks should be made payable to “Project Salina.”•
Request a pick up: Send an email to projectsalina@gmail.com and a board member can come pick up your cash donations.
