A Salina man was arrested after two children were found abandoned.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on August 12 at around 8:45 am an officer was responding to call when he drove in the 700 block of Osage and observed a male and female child, both under the age of 5, standing in the street.
The children were only wearing diapers and there were no adults around the children.
The parent of the children was identified as Kurt Cibolski (35) of Salina.
Cibolski was then arrested without incident and booked into the Saline County Jail on two requested charges of Child Endangerment.
The children were released to a family member.
