Mason David Ruble was born November 15, 2002, in Salina, Kansas to David and Angie (Armstrong) Ruble. He LIVED for 20 years mostly around Minneapolis, Kansas.
He graduated from high school in 2021 with an associate degree in Diesel Mechanics from Salina Tech and worked as a mobile technician around Salina. At a young age he made a name for himself as a banjo player. His music took him coast to coast. Mason was a well-loved, authentic, inquisitive, old soul who was passionate outdoorsman.
He went home to Jesus, his Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Jay Armstrong; paternal grandparents, Janie and Larry Ruble; and his maternal grandpa, Martin Armstrong.
Survivors include his parents, David and Angie Ruble; brother Wayne Ruble; maternal grandma, Sally Armstrong; aunts, uncles, cousins; and the love of his life, Libby Hardacre.
Visitation without the family present will be from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, October 26 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, 405 Argyle Ave., Minneapolis, KS 67467. Memorial services will be at 11:00 A.M., Friday, October 27 at the Bennington Bible Church, 824 N. Nelson, Bennington, KS. Private graveside services will be in Highland Cemetery, Minneapolis.
The family kindly requests no flowers and ask that memorials be made to the Mason Ruble Memorial Fund which will be used for various Bluegrass Music scholarships. They may be left in care of the funeral home.
