The City Teen Center, located at 129 N. 7th Street in Salina, Kansas, is seeking a strong Christian leader to fill the role of Male Mentor Manager. This full-time position offers an annual salary of $50,000-$60,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you will lead a team of four male mentors, guiding over 30 male high school students through faith-based programs that foster personal, academic, and career growth. Programs include Final Destination, focusing on discipleship and moral living; Shout Out, designed for relationship building through fun activities; Future Hopes & Dreams, which prepares students for life after high school; ELO (Extended Learning Opportunities) at Salina Central High School; and Every Student Matters, an outreach initiative to ensure students stay connected and thrive.

Responsibilities include providing direct leadership to mentors, conducting regular evaluations, offering training, and assisting with scheduling and compliance. The role also involves supporting the Executive Director with administrative tasks and participating in weekly Bible studies, staff meetings, and leadership sessions. Flexibility to work some late afternoons and occasional weekends is required, as is a valid driver’s license for transporting students to activities.
