A Salina man was accused for attacking a juvenile before his arrest.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on August 2 at around 2:00 pm, a female juvenile under the age of 16 was being treated at Salina Regional Health Center for a broken nose.
Reportedly, Joseph Forsberg (40) got into an altercation with the juvenile at a Salina home over household issues.
During the altercation, the juvenile suffered a broken nose by Forsberg.
Officers then made contact with Forsberg and booked him into the Saline County Jail for Aggravated Battery.
Both were acquainted.
