An investigation is ongoing as two juveniles are suspects in damaging convenience stores and stealing over $1,000 worth of items.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Monday at around 11:00 pm, an officer on patrol received reports about two Rod's convenience stores being damaged, with one being being burglarized.
Reportedly, the glass door at Rod's 5 (680 S. Phillips) was damaged, but no entry was made.
However, the same incident occured at Rod's 1 (1401 S. Santa Fe) but was burglarized as $1,200 worth of vapes were stolen.
SPD has looked into surveillance video and determined two juveniles that committed the crimes.
