The City of Salina announced this morning that work on the Iron Avenue Bridge over the Smoky Hill River will continue today.
Reece Construction will begin work to repair the west bound east side expansion joint of the Iron Avenue Bridge over the Smoky Hill River.
Lanes will be narrowed and traffic will be shifted to the southern side of the bridge with cones and delineators. Please slow down and proceed with caution through the work zone.
Weather permitting, work on this side of the bridge will be completed by Thursday.
