According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita, highs today are expected to be in the low to mid 90s area wide.
Slightly cooler temperatures are expected Monday with some of the warmest temperatures of the season forecast for Tuesday. Many locations are expected to reach 100 degrees on Tuesday, NWS reported.
