Two people were hospitalized following a head-on collision late Friday night east of Salina.
According to Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan, deputies responded to the 6400 block of East Magnolia Road at approximately 11:57 p.m. on Feb. 28 for a crash with injuries.
Deputies determined that a blue 2010 Mazda CX-7, driven eastbound by 19-year-old Kelsie Williams of Gypsum, crossed the centerline and collided with a white 2020 Honda Civic traveling westbound. The Civic was driven by 26-year-old Jordan Golphin of Salina. Both vehicles came to rest in the north ditch.

Williams and Golphin, who were the sole occupants of their vehicles, were transported by Salina EMS to Salina Regional Health Center with lower extremity pain.
Williams was cited for improper driving on a laned roadway.
