Joni Jean Anderson Fisher, Parsons left this earth on Wed. October 9 2024
Joni Jean Anderson was born on February 6th 1957 in McPherson Hospital to Rollin and JoJean (Easter) Anderson. She lived on a farm outside of Lindsborg for the first few years of her life, starting school at Elvings Country school then moving to Salina after 5th grade. She attended South Jr. High and graduated from Central High in Salina Ks.
Left behind to mourn her Son Joshua Fisher (Sharla). Brothers Jon Anderson and Jerry Anderson (Micki), Grandchildren Breanna (Daniel Layton) Kelsey ,Trenton, Breckon Fisher, Jordan Whittenburg, Tori Nelson and 3 Great Grandchildren Gracelynn Fisher, Kimber Rose, and Krew Layton. A nephew Joel (Jessica) Anderson several Cousins and some Very Close lifelong friends.
Preceded in death by her Father Rollin Anderson, Mother Jo Jean Johnson, grandparents Jonathon and Ida Anderson, and Daisy Jones and Jack Easter,Great Grandson Lincoln Miller and Beloved Son Jordan Lawrence Parsons.
Joni made an huge impact on everyone she met. She worked at Tony's Restaurant as well as the Holidome as well as other places around town. She worked as a bank teller and for Saline County Sheriff as a deputy. Once retired she selflessly helped her friends and anyone else who needed it in any way she could. She loved to travel and made friends everywhere she went.
A 3PM graveside Memorial Service is planned for Sunday Nov. 17th 2024 at Rosehill Cemetery on Fairchild Rd in Saline County.
